Izzy’s famous 70+ signature salads feature only the best and freshest vegetables, fruits and toppings, to let you build a great salad that’s uniquely your own! Our Salad Bar also includes soup and fresh breadsticks. Perfect for anyone looking for a light yet satisfying meal.
Fresh From Our Salad Bar
Start with Romaine, spinach, wild greens or our traditional mix of lettuce. We offer sliced cucumbers, carrot sticks, garbanzo beans, baby corn, celery sticks, pickle spears, peas, shredded cheese, olives, radishes, broccoli, cauliflower, diced eggs, sliced mushrooms, tomatoes, pepperoncinis, bean sprouts, beets, jalapenos, sliced onions, green or red bell peppers, and cottage cheese. And there's always fresh fruit ...whatever's juicy and in season.

Whether you come for lunch or dinner, Izzy's Classic Buffet has something for every taste, offering a wide array of choices from the hot food, pizza and salad bars, topped off with a visit to the tempting dessert bar.
Classic Buffet Dinner Menu
- Grilled Honey Glazed Chicken - Chicken legs and thighs are smoked in our on-site smokers. The chicken is then brushed with our rich homemade honey glaze and finished on the grill. This item is available at the grill window and is also displayed on the buffet.
- Grilled Steak - Delicious sirloin is seasoned with our specialty steak seasoning and cooked to your liking on our walk-up grill.
- St. Louis Style Pork Ribs - They're Baaaack! Izzy's Signature St. Louis Style Ribs are smoked "low and slow" in our on-site smokers, tenderized for hours and are then finished on the grill. With or without our hickory BBQ sauce they are delicious.
- Carolina Style Pulled Pork - Tender pork is slowed smoked for 10 hours in our smokers, then pulled by hand and combined with smoky bacon. Our tangy mustard Carolina sauce tops this tender juicy pork. It's grilled in our grill woks to crispy perfection.
Among other new and traditional items on our lunch and/or dinner buffet, you'll find:
- Carolina Pulled Pork Sliders - Served at lunch, Carolina pulled pork is piled on our slider buns, and topped with a scoop of crisp coleslaw. Can you say "I'll see you for lunch tomorrow"?
- Smoked Pork Riblets - This new lunch entrée is smoked in our smokers, tenderized in our hot cabinets and then finished on our grills. Our Hickory BBQ Sauce is recommended!
- Grilled Balsamic Vegetables - Fresh vegetables are seasoned with Italian herbs and olive oil and are grilled in a wok on our open flame grills. (Vegetables never tasted so good.)

- Grilled Potatoes - Cut country style, seasoned with our signature spices, and grilled in our special woks.
- Seasoned Potato Rounds - An Izzy's favorite! Cooked potato rounds with Izzy's special seasoning. A perfect side to our fried chicken.
- Broasted Chicken - We use a special combination of seasonings to complement our moist and tender fried chicken pieces.
- Barbecue Chicken - Chicken smothered in our own tangy barbecue sauce.
- Garlic Mashed Potatoes - Mashed potatoes with our own garlic blend. Great alone or with our chicken gravy.
- Baked Beans - Flavored with sweet molasses and slow smoked bacon.
- Classic Breadsticks - Fresh baked and lightly coated with butter and parmesan.
- Garlic Cheese Bread - Once you try it, you’ll be back for it every time. We take our traditional pan-pizza, rub it with garlic and load it with melted mozzarella.
- Spaghetti - Spaghetti noodles, tossed with garlic and oil, great alone or with our home-style spaghetti sauce.
- Gravy - Creamy chicken gravy great with our garlic mashed potatoes and fried chicken.
- Garlic Green Beans - Sautéed green beans mixed with garlic, spices and red bell peppers.
